The Department of Biological Sciences in the College of Sciences and Mathematics of Auburn University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in microbiology at the assistant professor level, beginning Fall 2012. The candidate must establish an internationally recognized research program in an area of microbiology, and engage in training of graduate and undergraduate students. The candidate also will in teach in the general microbiology program. Applicant must have a Ph.D. and at least two years of postdoctoral experience in microbiology.
